Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of Canara’s website and services. By engaging with us or using any part of our platform, you agree to follow the rules outlined below.

1. Use of Services

Our services are provided for businesses and professionals seeking custom-built, high-performance websites and landing pages. You agree not to use Canara products or infrastructure for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

Each engagement will be defined by a written scope or agreement. All deliverables — code, assets, documentation — will be clean, modular, and built for long-term maintainability. You’ll always have access to the full codebase unless otherwise agreed.

3. Ownership

Unless stated otherwise in writing, you retain full ownership of the custom code delivered by Canara. We don’t claim rights to your content, branding, or proprietary systems.

4. Hosting & Deployment

You can choose to self-host your site or use our managed infrastructure. If we host for you, we’ll handle performance, updates, and support — but you can switch to self-hosting at any time without penalty or lock-in.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual proposal or contract.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Revisions are included as agreed in the scope. If your needs change significantly mid-project, we’ll reassess and update the scope or pricing — no surprise fees, just clear communication.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel a project anytime before final delivery. If significant work has already been completed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion based on effort invested. Hosting or support cancellations stop future billing but aren’t prorated mid-cycle.

8. Liability

We build with care and follow best practices, but Canara is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party service outages related to your site or tech stack.

9. Third-Party Services

If your project includes integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics, payment processors), their terms of use and privacy policies apply. We’re not responsible for how those services handle your data.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Any changes will be posted here, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
